Common quote questions

Do I need an account to start a quote?+

No. You can start and submit a quote without an account. Logged-in customers may have known contact details prefilled.

Can I include products Selwyn does not list online?+

Yes. Add them as special requests. The Trade Desk will source them or recommend an equivalent where appropriate.

Are prices final when I submit?+

No. Public prices and availability are indicative until reviewed and confirmed by Selwyn Timber & Hardware.

Can I upload plans or a material schedule?+

Yes. Upload mode accepts approved document and image types. File extraction or AI plan takeoff is not performed in this step.
