These Trade Supply Group terms outline how we supply goods and services. This is a summary and not a substitute for legal advice—confirm requirements with your counsel.
Ordering & pricing
- Quotes are indicative until confirmed by the trade desk and paid/approved.
- Prices may adjust if supplier costs or freight change before confirmation.
- Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE); we correct mistakes when identified.
Payment & billing
- Payment terms are as agreed (e.g., upfront, account terms if approved).
- Late payments may incur interest/fees per agreed terms.
- We may hold or cancel orders for unpaid balances or suspected fraud.
Delivery & pickup
- ETAs depend on supplier stock, freight, access, and confirmation cutoffs.
- Risk passes on delivery/pickup; inspect goods promptly and report issues.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, cranes, or special handling.
Returns & issues
- Contact the trade desk for returns/credits; some items may be non-returnable.
- We follow NZ consumer and trade law where applicable.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected goods/services.
